• How can I order with Visa or Mastercard?

• How to use and ensure the cleanest cut?

Before using your cutter on clay, make sure the clay sticks to the surface well. Using a glossy ceramic or marble tile works best and we do not recommend cutting on baking papar. Dipping your cutter's sharp end into cornstarch or plain flour is a great way to ensure the clay doesn't stick to the cutter. The flour remaining on the clay can be easily removed with a soft brush.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

• Are the cutters food-safe?

The cutters are 3D printed with PLA and are generally food safe as long as they are properly cleaned, however, the resin-printed micro cutters and rollers are not food-safe.

2- Copyright of 3D models and prints
“Copyright will protect the originality of work and the creator's right to reproduce it. This means that if copies of an original object are 3D printed without authorization, the creator can obtain relief under copyright law.”

BabylonCutters Return & Refund Policies

• We gladly accept cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase.
• We don't accept returns or exchanges, But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
• If you place multiple orders on the same day before your order is shipped and paid shipping twice, we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order to combine your purchases!

If the refund request is granted by BabylonCutters, payments are refunded as follows:

• Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
• Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
• PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
• Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
