BabylonCutters Return Policy

• We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
• If you place multiple orders on the same day before your order is shipped and paid shipping twice, we will refund the extra shipping costs to you, please message us before we ship your order to combine your purchases!

BabylonCutters Refund Policy

We gladly accept cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase.

If the refund request is granted by BabylonCutters, payments are refunded as follows:

• Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
• Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end user;
• PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
• Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
